Our resident monk Ven. Jamyang Lama will offer Teachings on Mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation is very effective technique for training the mind to remain peaceful and uninterrupted in a state of one-pointed concentration over an extended period of time.
The benefits of a calm mind last well beyond the meditation session; it helps us attain peace and calmness in our everyday life and be more productive in every venture we take.
Anyone who wishes to learn is welcome, no previous knowledge in Buddhism in required.
